Stavroula Balanika
Stavroula (Roula) Balanika is an Athens-based attorney, focusing on corporate and civil law with over 15 years of experience both in consulting and litigation. Roula advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-country mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, incoprorations and general corporate work across a wide range of sectors.
Roula has also extensive experience in administrative law and public procurement, having advised and represented companies for a numbers of years on public tenders, injunctions, appeals and all relevant matters in a number of market segments.
Whilst corporate advisory and public procurement are her current and most recent areas of focus, Roula has also been involved in a number of cases involving other areas of the law, and has a very successful track record in litigation.
After working for several years in various firms in Athens and gaining significant experience, Roula decided to start her own practice in 2013.
Roula is fluent in Greek and English.

Kostas has been working with us since 2013. He is an Economics Graduate from the University of Piraeus and has over 20 years of experience in consulting domestic and international companies of all sizes on tax / accounting matters.
